  • Aluminium Di-bond sign of the Sonoj Logo. https://mydisplays.net/alu-dibond?search=Alu-Dibond Article: MYD51200 . 70cm width, 100cm height, 3mm Alu-Dibond, white, one-sided, UV-Direct print, rectangle cut with rounded corners, with drilled holes 6mm (+5€), included data check. Costs were around 50€ in 2018 or 2019.
  • Printed Flyers. Needs reprint. Previously we had 250 pieces from https://diedruckerei.de/, but that was too much and also meant to bring them to FROSCON as marketing.
  • Button Press Machine, Nils' private property
  • Name Tags are in a Box at Nils' house.
  • Video camera, streaming computers, DI-BOX, speakers on stage and all related equipment to get audio and video in the venue and out to an internet stream are property of the Chaos Computer Club Cologne and the VOC (Video Operations Center) Cologne.
  • Coffee Machine - The venue has one small machine, but that is not enough. Someone has to bring another one.
  • Donation Box - High-visibility, Sonoj branded donation box to avoid confusion with the various money boxes standing and hanging already in the venue.
  • “Signature Year-Board” Pinboard or at least Box for used name tags. People can customize their used name tags, write a small message or picture on them and then pin or glue them on a larger sheet. In the end we can put a frame around it and have it as visitor-memento and decoration for next year. Sadly this idea came up only after 2023. But it is never too late to start a tradition :)
